Ensure all invoices related to the product lines are entered promptly. Schedule and enter purchase and sales contracts. Analyze purchase and sales data to identify problems and opportunities. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports. Communicate courteously and professionally with coworkers, management, and company personnel. Respond promptly and professionally to routine correspondence with vendors and coworkers. Maintain a customer/supplier-first attitude in all business interactions. Collaborate with merchandisers and managers to ensure service work and documentation are accurate and current. Verify daily reports of loaded and unloaded tickets; resolve discrepancies or issues. Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality in reporting to work, meetings, and completing assignments. Other Job Functions: Participate in special projects as needed. Keep filing systems up to date and accessible. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills: Ability to work well with others. Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping. Ability to multi-task and a strong willingness to learn. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. 10-key data entry skills are a plus. Special Demands: On-call shifts, including occasional overnights and weekends. Must be able to remain stationary for 90% of the time. Operate a computer and standard office equipment (copy machine, calculator, printer, phone) up to 90% of the time. Communicate frequently with employees and customers both in-office and remotely.
