Overview Project Coordinator – Room Supervisor & Proctor Roles Date: October 18 & 19 Pay & Position Details Room Supervisor: $21/hr. Proctor: $19/hr. Shift Details Event Day Start Time: 6:45 AM (Students arrive at 7:30 AM) Expected End Time: By 2:00 PM (may vary if accommodations are required) Training: Mandatory pre-event training for all new hires (typically held the Wednesday prior to the event) Location: Parking information to be provided before the event Dress Code: Comfortable attire appropriate for a professional testing environment Role Summaries Room Supervisor Serve as the lead in an assigned testing room Oversee proctors and testing procedures Bring and operate a personal laptop to assist with test setup Uphold the integrity of the testing environment Act as the primary point of contact in your room Proctor Supervise students to ensure academic integrity (watch for use of phones or other cheating methods) Support the Room Supervisor Monitor the room and provide assistance as needed General Responsibilities Ensure a secure and distraction-free testing environment Prevent unauthorized access to prohibited materials Communicate respectfully and clearly with students and team members Complete required training prior to the event Qualifications Punctuality and professionalism required Ability to attend training the week prior to the event For Room Supervisor: Must be able to bring and operate a laptop Previous supervisory or proctoring experience preferred but not required Benefits & Company Information As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
