Job Description

An educational setting in Chester, NJ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming school year. This position offers a part-time, onsite opportunity focused on delivering behavior support within a K-12 environment. The role is scheduled for approximately 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, starting immediately through June 12, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing behavior support and intervention based on established plans
• Assisting with toileting needs of students
• Collecting and documenting behavioral data accurately
• Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in educational or related settings with children
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and collect precise data
• Dependability and professionalism in fulfilling scheduled hours onsite

Location:

• Chester, NJ area with preference given to candidates living nearby, including Mendham, Succasunna, and surrounding communities
