Job Description

About ENvue Medical

ENvue Medical is a medical device company advancing patient safety in enteral access. Our FDA-cleared electromagnetic navigation system is trusted by leading hospitals to improve the accuracy and reliability of feeding tube placement.

As we expand our U.S. operations, we are building a robust supply chain hub in the Minneapolis area, close to our logistics, distribution, and manufacturing partners. We are seeking a proven supply chain leader who thrives in a global, fast-paced, and regulated environment.

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee all U.S. supply chain activities, with a strong emphasis on global supplier management and international logistics.

This role is responsible for purchasing, inventory management, supplier coordination, contract manufacturing support, logistics, and demand planning—ensuring that ENvue’s U.S. operations run efficiently and reliably.

The Supply Chain Manager will serve as a critical link between our U.S. team and global partners, working closely with operations, finance, sales, and our Israel-based R&D and NPI teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all U.S. supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and vendor management.
  • Manage global supply flows, coordinating with international suppliers, overseas contract manufacturers, and freight partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Oversee finished goods and component inventory, balancing availability with cost efficiency.
  • Place and track purchase orders with contract manufacturers, extrusion partners, packaging vendors, and logistics providers.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data (Priority or equivalent), including lead times, part numbers, and order status.
  • Partner with QA/RA to ensure suppliers comply with regulatory, quality, and traceability requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
  • Support production planning, demand forecasting, and alignment with U.S. commercial leadership.
  • Monitor and report KPIs, including inventory turns, supplier performance, fill rate, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with medical device shipping requirements, including UDI, labeling, and customs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a medical device or regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international suppliers and global supply chain operations.
  • Proven success managing contract manufacturers and medical-grade component suppliers.
  • Strong command of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Priority ERP preferred).
  • Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 supply chain and documentation requirements.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to drive decisions with data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full-time, on-site availability in Minneapolis, MN.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Class II medical devices, disposables, or capital systems.
  • Background in supplier audits, SCARs, and vendor onboarding.
  • Knowledge of international import/export regulations and customs compliance.
  • Familiarity with medical device warehousing, distribution, and kitting.

What We Offer

  • Strategic, high-impact role at the center of U.S. operations and supply chain growth.
  • Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with startup agility and public company structure.
  • Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities into broader U.S. operations leadership.
  • A mission-driven team dedicated to improving patient safety and precision in healthcare.
