Senior Product Designer
We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Senior Product Designer to join our Checkout team, with a focus on both digital and in-store experience. You will play a key role in shaping a new employee-led checkout experience within our stores, blending physical and digital touch points and helping to maintain the ongoing feature work. This role is ideal for someone who's excited to own complex, cross-functional work - from leading in-store research to refining high-velocity digital flows.
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, ops, and product teams to implement a teammate- assisted checkout flow
* Together with another designer - Balance multiple initiatives digital optimization, in-store workflows, and long-term strategy
* Translate research findings into clear, actionable design decisions
* Use and Contribute to the stores design system pattern library
Pay Rate - $62.00 - $67.56 per hour
