Our Sinking Spring area client is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!

Machine Operator

Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hr DOE

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm


Location: Sinking Spring


Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

• Monitor equipment to ensure that products are being assembled properly.
• Operate surface mount machines, which includes understanding the sequence of events, the control panel and indicators.
• Replenish supplies and components per standard operating procedures, while maintaining inventory.
• Prepare the surface mount machine which includes machine adjustments and ability to perform set-up (feeder loading and changing).
• General machine cleaning and upkeep.
• Safe and efficient operation of the electronic component surface mount pick-n- place robots.
• Proper completion of all necessary paperwork to include maintaining accurate records on the machine log sheet using the correct operation numbers.
• Correct production of boards to include good placement of parts, no missing parts, correct part polarity, and correct parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Machine Operator:

• Electronics assembly experience
• 5 years Machine operator experience
• 5 years Soldering experience
