Senior Director - Business Valuation & Litigation Support LVI is partnering with a nationally respected economic consulting firm seeking a Senior Director to lead its Business valuation and Litigation practice. This strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee high-profile litigation matters involving business valuation, financial damages, and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will drive expert analysis, client engagement, and team development across a diverse range of industries and case types. Work Schedule: Fully Remote, with we-work space option. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and review of expert reports, valuation models, and financial analyses for litigation and dispute matters. Provide strategic guidance on case approach, methodology, and client deliverables. Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Oversee preparation for deposition and trial testimony, including acting as an expert witness when required. Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and professional growth. Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and thought leadership. Candidate Requirements Must have a transferable book with a proven track record of generating revenue and client contacts. 15+ years of experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, or financial advisory. Proven track record of managing complex valuation and damages analyses in litigation contexts. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Deep knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and expert report drafting. Professional designations such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV strongly preferred.
