As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents. You will be a visible presence, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to inquiries and assisting residents. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills and comfort with technology, such as computers or tablets, as you manage access control systems.
