Position Overview: We are seeking driven, confident, and energetic individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll be the face of Premier Choice Roofing—educating homeowners on storm damage, offering free roof inspections, and helping guide them through the insurance claims process. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment, this is a great opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and grow with a winning team. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through direct door-to-door outreach in assigned territories
• Build trust and educate homeowners on roofing solutions and storm damage claims
• Schedule roof inspections and assist in the insurance claims process
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
• Track activity and progress through CRM and daily reports
• Represent Premier Choice Roofing with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Sales experience preferred but not required—training provided
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
