Beacon Hill is working closely with a boutique real estate law firm seeking a residential real estate attorney for their Midtown Atlanta office. Residential real estate attorneys with at least two years of experience with title review and clearance, and closings is a necessity, as well as an interest in marketing and business development .
Familiarity with the Midtown neighborhoods is an absolute must.
This position will involve handling title survey and review, clearing title issues, handling closings, working with local real estate agents, attending networking and business development events, building relationships with agents, etc.
This position will sit full-time in Midtown Atlanta. This firm values work-life balance and provides competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
