Job Description Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist the Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager (PM) with office coordination activities within the Office of Cybersecurity (OCS). The position will support TDI’s initiatives with a large Federal civilian agency and will require you to be onsite alternating between two locations: Washington, DC and Manassas, VA as needed . Therefore, you must live locally or be open to relocating at your own expense. The Project Coordinator must have the ability to travel between these two offices during the week and possibly on the same day. Having an automobile is necessary. Some work from home is allowed, but a set schedule cannot be guaranteed initially. Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients, with a desire to go above and beyond to achieve excellence. Act as the primary facilitator for onboarding and offboarding of OCS personnel. Serve as the main contact for onboarding and offboarding processes, addressing questions or concerns promptly. Coordinate communication for onboarding and offboarding, including badging, account setup, and process flows. Conduct pre-onboarding activities, manage correspondence, collect forms, and track submissions. Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, project schedules, and related materials. Maintain communication with stakeholders, external third parties, directors, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding activities. Produce monthly reports tracking onboarding metrics. Manage onboarding activity trackers and dashboards, and develop strategies for system improvements. Support IT Management: Manage and dispose of office equipment, maintain inventory records. Collaborate with internal leadership on managing access to systems and assets. Qualifications: US citizenship is required as the role supports the Federal government. Three to five years of experience supporting project management and office support in an IT or cybersecurity environment. Experience in meeting project deadlines and documenting tasks. Ability to overcome obstacles and exceed customer expectations. Familiarity with Access Management, Microsoft Forms, project planning tools (Click-Up), and hardware inventory management. Understanding of project management fundamentals.
