Job Opening: Night Shift & Day Shift Production Operator – Food Manufacturing

Location: Caldwell, Idaho

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Shift: Night Shift and Day Shift options

About the Role

We are hiring Production Operators to join our high-performing team in a SQF-certified food manufacturing facility . You’ll be responsible for operating and managing a full production line—from dough mixing to tortilla packaging —ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.

This role directly impacts key company metrics and offers tiered advancement opportunities (T1, T2, T3) based on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the entire production line safely and efficiently.
• Manage processes including dough mixing, baking, cooling, and packaging .
• Maintain high quality control standards throughout production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Experience in food manufacturing or production environments .
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow SOPs.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Previous experience in night shift roles is a plus if you are interested in the night shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
