Product Manager - - Specialty Paper & Office Accessories Help shape and deliver high-quality consumer and commercial products from concept to shelf. This role owns the full lifecycle of physical product lines-working closely with design, sourcing, operations, and marketing to bring new products to market and improve existing ones. Ideal for someone who's both strategic and hands-on, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing real, tangible products.

What You'll Do - Lead product development from initial concept through production and launch.
- Collaborate with design, sourcing, and operations to build packaging, specs, and marketing-ready assets.
- Research trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and guide new product ideas.
- Work with domestic and international manufacturing partners on samples, testing, and approvals.
- Monitor product performance after launch and recommend enhancements or line extensions.
- Maintain documentation for compliance, sustainability, and retailer requirements (FSC, SFI, UL, etc.).
- Support marketing and e-commerce with product positioning and readiness for retail channels.
- Share updates, timelines, and KPIs with cross-functional teams.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support product success.
Your Background - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years managing physical products in consumer goods, packaging, or manufacturing.
- Experience taking products from concept through production, commercialization, and post-launch refinement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (marketing, design, operations).
- Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Desired Skills - Experience working with major retailers or e-commerce platforms (Walmart, Amazon, Staples, etc.).
- Knowledge of sustainability and compliance programs (FSC, SFI, recycled content, UL).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, sourcing, and packaging development.
- Creative problem-solver who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
