Job Description

Inizio Engage has partnered with Eisai to find a dynamic and results-oriented Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with a solid background in primary care and pharmaceutical sales. This pivotal role involves crafting strategic territory business plans, identifying customer needs, and driving sales performance for targeted neurology products.

What will you be doing?

  • Showcase comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace, therapeutic areas, product details, and disease information by in-depth understanding of scientific principles and clinical data.
  • Apply insights into the healthcare landscape, including market trends, regulations, and the neurology access environment—covering payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and patient experiences.
  • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, physicians, office personnel, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective territory business plans derived from strategic market analysis and customer insights.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align objectives and achieve results, asking thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and customize solutions that enhance patient care.

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is mandatory
  • Experience in Primary Care Provider (PCP) sales is essential
  • Background in Neurology is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated history of sales achievement
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to work independently with enthusiasm
