Are you passionate about fostering a love of learning in children? Right At School provides enriching before and after school programs, and we're seeking a dedicated Program Manager to inspire students and create a safe, engaging environment!

About the Role:

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in delivering safe, joyful experiences for children while supporting a mission-driven team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and compliance with licensing standards while engaging effectively with families and staff.

Compensation: $25-27/hr (based on education and experience)

Work Schedule:

• Before School Shift: Monday - Friday 6:15am - 9:20am
• After School Shift: Monday - Thursday 3pm - 6pm, Friday 2pm - 6pm

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensuring safety and joy by modeling best practices and clear expectations for team members.
• Monitoring safety protocols and addressing potential risks.
• Communicating effectively with families, staff, and children to build trust and transparency.
• Maintaining accurate attendance and student records for compliance.
• Implementing engaging daily activities and curriculum to promote a fun atmosphere.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience balancing multiple priorities while delivering excellent service to all.
• A minimum of 12 college credits at the 100+ level.
• Experience working with children, including those with unique and special needs.
• Knowledge or coursework in child development or related fields.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills.
• The ability to embody professionalism in interactions with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with Google technology or a willingness to learn.

Requirements in Washington:

• Meet all state-specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR certification (in-person).
• Clear tuberculosis test and proof of MMR.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a background check with fingerprinting.
