SummaryThe Medical Transcriptionist works directly with physicians and licensed healthcare providers to electronically enter and record medical data and other related information, as verbally dictated by physicians and licensed healthcare providers during patient visits; accurately capturing history of present illness, physical examination, assessment, treatment plan.
