Machine Operator – Temp-to-Hire (Newton, NC)

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Train on 1st shift, then transition to off-shift
Overtime: Frequent OT available (5–7 days per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a large manufacturing facility in Newton, NC . This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and the chance to earn significant overtime.

Responsibilities

• Train on 1st shift before moving to an assigned off-shift

• Operate and monitor production machinery

• Maintain product quality and follow safety procedures

• Support production goals and work as part of a team

• Perform basic machine adjustments as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Ability to stand, lift, and stay active throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
