🚨 We’re Hiring – Logistics Coordinator (Time-Critical Operations – Aviation) | Miami, FL 🚨
CTi Global Logistics is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Time-Critical Operations team in Doral, FL .
This is an on-site role supporting rotating shifts (morning, day, and evening), reflecting the 24/7 nature of our business.
While the core schedule runs Monday to Friday, employees may volunteer for weekend coverage to support urgent operations and gain additional experience.
You’ll play a key role managing high-stakes, time-critical shipments for the aviation and aerospace sector—including AOG (Aircraft on Ground) scenarios—where speed, accuracy, and customer service are everything.
What You’ll Do
✅ Coordinate time-critical shipments from quote to delivery
✅ Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
✅ Prepare AWBs and ensure proper documentation, including DG, customs, and commercial paperwork
✅ Be the main point of contact for clients—keeping them updated, informed, and reassured
✅ Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3+ years in freight forwarding or time-critical logistics
✔️ Proven experience with air freight and AOG operations
✔️ Knowledge of import/export procedures and international documentation
✔️ Strong customer service and clear communication skills
✔️ Calm, problem-solving mindset in high-pressure situations
✔️ Flexibility for shift work due to the urgent nature of our business
✔️ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
💥 IATA DG awareness certification is a plus (or willing to obtain)
