Hours:

• Second Shift: Monday - Thursday | 1pm - 11pm (60-day training done on 1st shift from 3am - 1pm) 
• Some mandatory OT on Fridays at supervisor discretion

Wage:

• Entry level operators start at $19-$21/hour

• Experience operators start at $22 - $25+/hour

• $1/hour shift premium - 2nd shift 

Position Summary:

• The Laminator Operator is responsible for the correct set up and operation of solvent-less laminator. The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. 10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year previous machine operating experience 
• Previous experience operating a lamination machine is a plus
• Experience reading and recording measurement 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
