ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician in our Fort Mill, SC office. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level, service-oriented professional who is eager to learn and grow their career as part of a dynamic, collaborative IT team!

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance and support to end users by responding to help desk tickets, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems and implementing solutions
• Helping configure, build, and deploy machines for new employees
• Providing support to remote ESP offices

Required Qualifications:

• Customer service attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with laptops, workstations, cell phones, printing systems, and hardware trouble shooting
• Working knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative, team setting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities while supporting/communicating with IT teammates
• Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy

Preferred:

• Experience with LAN/WAN support
• Knowledge of VPN access and large-scale plotting systems
• Experience with Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019 support
• Experience with Hyper-V software and/or VM software
• Associates Degree and/or 2+ years of experience in computer systems or corporate IT support

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of walking various terrains, including inclines and declines.
• Must be capable of carrying up to but not limited to 50lbs of equipment and or supplies throughout various locations.
• Bending, Knelling, Twisting and Repetitive Lifting of 20lbs are required
