We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Information Technology to lead our IT operations and digital transformation efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning technology with business goals, securing systems, and ensuring efficient, scalable infrastructure across all departments.
The Director of IT will manage IT staff, systems, cybersecurity, and vendor partnerships, while also collaborating closely with senior leadership to support growth, innovation, and data strategy.
Your responsibilities will include the followingLead strategic planning for IT initiatives, staying current with emerging technologies
Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure: servers, networks, telecommunications, and cybersecurity systems
Develop and enforce IT policies, including disaster recovery and incident response plans
Manage helpdesk and user support operations
Lead IT budgeting and ensure efficient use of resources
Provide cross-departmental technical guidance and support
Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing IT team
Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and contracts
Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and service across the IT team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven success in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as an IT Manager or Director
Strong technical knowledge across systems, networks, and cybersecurity
Demonstrated experience leading IT projects and managing budgets
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
