Job Title: International Tax Manager

Salary: $130K - $150K


Requirements: Active CPA or EA

Based in Boca Raton, FL, we are a dynamic accounting firm with over 25 years of specializing in the unique international accounting and tax needs of our U.S. and global client base! Due to growth and demand for our services we are in need of an International Tax Manager to join our diverse team!


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the review of complex tax filings, ensure compliance accuracy, and address key issues while identifying strategic planning opportunities.

• Act as the lead point of contact for clients and their advisors, delivering consultative tax solutions and maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Manage tax engagements from planning through completion, guide junior staff through mentorship and training, and support firm-wide growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar degree preferred

• Active CPA licensure or EA

• 5+ years of public accounting experience

• International accounting knowledge including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Individual

• Understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Knowledge of foreign informational reporting requirements nice to have
