• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of complex insurance matters including policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and risk management.
• Represent our firm in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation related to insurance disputes.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance coverage and civil litigation.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Participate in business development activities to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation with a specific focus on insurance coverage.
• Proven track record of successfully handling insurance coverage cases in court.
• Exceptional knowledge of insurance law, policy interpretation, and risk management.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
