We recently began producing a line of breaded, frozen vegetables, and we're looking for an EXPERIENCED supervisor to head up production.

Major duties will be as follows:

• Lead production on the processing line
• Assign people to various production duties, and insure an efficient production process
• Assure that our customers' orders are produced in a quality, timely fashion, according to their specs.
• Assure that inventory is used according to plan
• Make sure that all work is entered in our software system
• Suggest needs and improvements to management, to improve the efficiency of the line

Skills needed/Other requirements:

• 3-5 successful leadership experience in a food production environment
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Generally, this would be a 5-day work week, which could range from 45-55 hours, depending on order volume
