This role offers unique opportunities both professionally and personally. Position Location Remote Field Based (Non‑Sales) covering South Central / Southeast, USA (FL; TX; OK; LA; MO; AR; MS; AL). The role requires a minimum of 50% travel. Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities Demonstrate deep knowledge in reimbursement and access across Sandoz products and supporting patient journey for Medical Benefit and Pharmacy Benefit products. Collaborate with sales representatives, patient support programs, and national/regional payer account managers to resolve local payer issues. Condense sophisticated issues into simple solutions to improve patient experience. Educate providers and office staff on prior authorization, product coverage status, and payer appeals for both benefit types. Serve on advisory teams to provide patient insights for solution approval by Sandoz review committee. Provide live one‑on‑one support training on patient support programs to various stakeholders. Develop the Sandoz relationship with Medical Directors, Policy Directors, Operational Staff, and Medical Affairs at each Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) in assigned geography. Understand MAC processes for adding product Q Codes, pricing, and Local Coverage Determinations for new Sandoz biosimilars. Required Qualifications BS/BA required. 5+ years proven experience in public and private third‑party Access & Reimbursement, or pharmaceutical industry in managed care, clinical support, patient services or sales. 5+ years demonstrated coding & billing experience and support programs for medical benefit products; understanding of Specialty Pharmacy patient journey. Ability to build relationships and reduce reimbursement barriers to specialty products. Strong collaboration skills with sales representatives, payer account managers, and internal colleagues. Knowledge of CMS policies, Medicare Part B & Part D, and experience working with MACs. Experience with Managed Care, Government, Federal payer sectors, Integrated Delivery Networks, and Infusion Centers. Desirable Requirements Excellent presentation skills and good driving record. Experience handling expenses within budget and understanding of patient privacy laws including HIPAA.
