Executive Legal Assistant – Transportation Practice
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 1 day in-office)
Pay: $30–$40/hour + paid overtime
Type: Temporary (3-month assignment) with potential to convert to full-time
TrustPoint.One has partnered with a prestigious NYC law firm supporting a globally active Administrative Director and Partner in the Transportation Practice. This high-visibility role offers exposure to international travel planning, executive scheduling, and work with major public agencies like the MTA and Port Authority.
We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates professionally, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced legal environment. This role offers direct exposure to two high-profile leaders in the practice—an Administrative Director and a senior Partner—both of whom travel extensively for client engagements and global conferences.
