What You'll Do Plan, market, and execute 20+ on-site technology expos each year Drive attendance through creative marketing campaigns and sales outreach Meet with senior leadership and promote events on military installations Build and maintain relationships with government clients and industry partners Prospect new business opportunities and expand our reach Develop promotional materials (flyers, invitations, banners, etc.) Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Exceed team and event goals in attendance, rebooking, and client satisfaction What We Are Looking For A strong work ethic and a “make it happen” mindset Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Attention to detail with the ability to execute and follow through Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A professional, self-motivated, and adaptable team player Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and abroad (some weekends) Valid driver’s license Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to lift 50 lbs What We Offer Compensation: $55,000–$65,000+ annually (Base salary of $45,000 plus $10,000–$20,000+ in bonus/commission potential based on performance) Health & Wellness: 80% employer-paid health insurance, plus dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer matching Time Off: Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and floating holidays Career Growth: Travel, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Our most successful team members are action-oriented, people-focused, and thrive in dynamic environments.
