The ideal candidate combines exceptional technical troubleshooting abilities with professional communication skills to deliver a seamless technology experience for executives and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced end-user support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments. Deliver VIP/executive-level support, ensuring minimal downtime and a white-glove experience. Manage user accounts, permissions, and create new user groups within Active Directory and M365. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist Tier 1/2 technicians with escalations and share best practices. Maintain clear documentation and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality support. Requirements 3+ years of IT experience in desktop or end‑user support roles. Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS environments. Proficiency with Active Directory, user/group management, and identity access controls. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint management tools. Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
