** What You'll Do:** - Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Listen with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage a high volume of inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
- Coordinate with techs and office teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep precise records of interactions, and proactively suggest additional services when appropriate.
- Become a trusted resource by deeply learning our services and offerings.
** Who You Are:** - You bring 1+ year in customer service-experience in home services, repairs, or tech is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills come naturally.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- You embrace our tools and values-familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (training provided!).
- A team player, driven by growth, collaboration, and goal achievement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
