Resumen del Trabajo:
Buscamos una cuidadora dedicada y compasiva para proporcionar atención y asistencia a adultos mayores en su hogar durante períodos de 3 o 4 días consecutivos. La cuidadora vivirá en la casa del cliente durante su turno, proporcionando cuidado continuo y asegurando su bienestar.
Horario
Domingo-lunes-martes y/o miercoles
Miercoles-jueves-viernes-sabado
Responsabilidades Principales:
Ayudar con las actividades diarias como bañarse, vestirse, y asearse. Si necesita
Asistir con la preparación y el servicio de comidas, incluyendo dietas especiales si es necesario.
Ayudar con la movilidad y los ejercicios recomendados.
Cuidados Médicos Básicos:
Recordar la toma de medicamentos según las indicaciones
Apoyo Emocional y Social:
Proporcionar compañía y apoyo emocional.
Participar en actividades recreativas y sociales para mejorar la calidad de vida del cliente.
Fomentar la independencia y la autoestima del cliente.
Tareas del Hogar:
Mantener el hogar limpio y ordenado, incluyendo la limpieza ligera y la lavandería.
Hacer compras de comestibles y otras necesidades.
Asistir con la gestión de citas médicas y otras obligaciones fuera del hogar
Comunicación:
Documentar y reportar cualquier cambio en la salud o el comportamiento del cliente.
Completar registros diarios y reportes de incidentes según sea necesario.
