We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the efficient handling of invoices, payments, and vendor relations. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the accounts payable process, including data entry and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate coding and processing of invoices while maintaining compliance with financial policies.
• Conduct check runs and handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Meet with clients to discuss financial matters and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory and analyze cost and pricing data to support budgeting efforts.
• Utilize advanced computer skills to streamline processes and optimize reporting.
• Leverage construction industry experience, if applicable, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization’s financial objectives.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in coding invoices, conducting check runs, and handling ACH transactions.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced computer proficiency.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory management, cost analysis, and pricing.
• Familiarity with construction industry practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
