A dynamic organizationis seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager to lead its accounts payable operations within a centralized shared services environment. ???? Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, coding, approvals, payments, and reconciliations.
Champion the implementation and optimization of OCR automation tools for invoice handling.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot and enhance AP systems.
Supervise and mentor a team of Accounting Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing AP functions within a shared services or multi-entity environment.
Hands-on expertise with OCR automation tools and invoice processing technologies.
Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
